        Awful, awful service over the phone. Desperately ringing all the hotels and B&Bs to save a friend in danger. Explained the situation to an old lady on the phone and she dismissed my request for a room immediately, which was fine. I then politely responded "no worries, is there anyone else local I can contact?" to which she hung up the phone - despite knowing the danger my friend was in. Wouldn't call about a room again if it was a choice between a room there and the streets.
