        PHARMACY - They will never answer the phone - they just let it ring, then obviously pick it up and put it straight down again. Some of us are unable to drive to get there and speak in person. I'm thinking seriously of changing where I get prescriptions from.

        The shop itself is great and so are the staff but the phone never gets answered, if I was the manager I would have a phone in my pocket to answer customer calls but I dont think he gives a dam If the phone got picked I would have left 5 stars

        I've bought exactly the same pair of sunglasses for the past twelve years - three or four pairs a year, depending on how many I lose! The store is consistently clean and orderly. The staff consistently well presented, polite, friendly and professional.
