Had the ultimate deluxe pedicure here today. Staff member was lovely and the treatment was great but I cannot get over the price. I had the exact same pedicure here last August with removal of my old gel for 40, today it cost me 85. It was listed on the website as a lower leg massage included which I assumed upped the price to 70 but I did not receive this. As previously mentioned however, the beautician was lovely as was the treatment, but to charge over 100% more than you were less than a year later is shocking

Terrible customer service - Booked in for treatment before my holiday then they called me 24 hours before my confirmed appointment to cancel because they decided to have some refurbishment? Why book me in at that time then and wait 24 hours before to cancel? How do you expect to keep customers when we're not your priority.

This was given to me a a birthday gift. Waited long time, due to renovations, but wS worth the wait. Staff very friendly, made me feel at ease. Very relaxing, just what I needed. Will definitely go a again, would recommend

DONT LIE IN YOUR GOOGLE RESPONSES!! Ive just left a review for this place and their response to my review is not true. I guess they are trying to aesthetically look like a decent place. The reply says that they apologised and tried to rebook me the telephone conversation did not go like this at all. I had no such apology when I expressed my annoyance at the short notice (as I was flying on holiday and couldnt rebook in time) and they didnt have an appointment which suited me in the short notice as they were refurbishing. Not accommodating at all. Can I just say, running a business in this way where you dont put the customer first will adversely impact your business and now looking at the many poor reviews youve received, Im glad I took your business somewhere else that puts the customer first. You are 1 salon in hundreds.

Great experience. Would definitely go back. My feet felt very soft and smooth, after. The staff cant do enough for you.
