My experience with Architectural Solutions has been excellent, from the initial consultation, building/planning advise and design. The team bring all of this to you with a professional approach. The company owner has great skill which is broad in all aspects of this complex and complicated profession. Architectural Solutions will endeavor to give the result the client wants, this comes with persistence and politeness. From my personal perspective as a builder/developer (since 1986) I need all aspects of projects to be speedy, informative and precise throughout - Architectural Solutions will deliver this.

Shocking they never return any calls and wont reply to any emails they are a complete wast of time the worst level of customer service I have ever had the mis-fortune to stumble upon. been giving me the run around for over 10 weeks now ! so bad I have had to start from scratch with a more reliable firm avoid at all costs

I called office regarding some drawings and spoke to a very nice gentleman When the nice gentleman asked someone in the background about what I needed all I heard was tell him he can wait Im very busy in a very bad tone. Next time get the person answering the phone to mute when asking questions to the boss. Very rude I must say. Steer clear people use a more friendly architecture company
