You can't beat a McDonald's for a quick bite to eat

Queued up through the drive through. Ordered a load of stuff but no milkshakes today, machine is broken. Paid and collected from window and asked for some Ketchup. You have pay extra for that How much ? You have to go to the other window Im in the drive through, Im not queing up again just for ketchup ! It was all cold anyway ! Just a simply stop for fast food and now I end up angry, ripped off and I hate them.
