        Absolutely disgusted. Rang up to change my booking due to one of our party being ill with covid only to be told I cannot reschedule and cannot get a refund. Our family love escape rooms but will not be using this company in the future!!

        Great fun! Was my first time and it was so good I went back on the same day! Our host Maddie was amazing and really added to our experience. Thank you :))

        Not really great. The girl who explained everything to us was lovely but didn't explain things correctly. There were only 2 of us so we were told that Adam would give us clues but I suspect Adam left work and we were forgotten... So we failed and a girl rushed to get us out and kind of pushed for us to leave quickly. It was my birthday, it was supposed to be fun. It certainly didn't feel like it.
