I had a query which I didnt understand. I spoke to Owen who was really helpful. Initially I sent an email and he was quick to respond asking if he could call. We had a chat and everything was explained and he helped sort the mess Id made! He fully deserves the 5 stars

I applied for a free consultation on their website in April 2021. I got a call from their business development person who spent nearly 30 minutes over the phone taking details. She gave me an appointment with their accountant for 30th April- sent me a link for the meeting. I took time off work to attend the meeting. Then a few days before the meeting I had a call from them asking to change the appointment as their accountant had something urgent come up. I agreed and the appointment was then scheduled for the first week of May. On the day of the appointment, some 30 minutes before the appointment, I had a call from the same person who asked if I was ready for the meeting. I confirmed and offered to start the meeting sooner if they wanted to. She said that the meeting can go ahead on scheduled time only. Then just 5 minutes before the meeting time, I had a call again and this time the same person asked me if I can provide her details for which the meeting is scheduled for. I mentioned that I had already provided her all the details on 20th April when she had called the first time. I was further shocked when she said that the reason she is asking for details again is so their accountant can give me good advice and for which they will have to cancel the meeting and reschedule it again. Highly unprofessional company. Poor attitude towards someone who they themselves offered a free first consultation.
