Really nice landlords, whenever theres a problem they have always been resolved very quickly. Me and my housemates really enjoy living here, lovely house lovely area, and Wes and Nicki have decorated it so it feels very homely. :)

Services from Boswell Living, is 10/10. They have excellent communication, and have a genuine care for there tenants needs. I would highly recommend living in one of their properties, as a student or even a family. Will definitely be recommending them to my fellow students.

I am currently renting one of the properties belonging to Boswell Living and I honestly cannot find a single fault with anything so far. The landlords (Wes and Nicki) are incredibly helpful and go well out of their way to provide outstanding service whenever required. We haven't had to contact them much but on the off-chance that we did (oven light broken/wifi issues) they were there immediately to resolve the issues! We are contacted frequently by the landlords asking if everything is alright and if there is anything they can do to improve their service which is great. We met Wes and Nicki when we viewed the house and we could tell straight away that we would be in safe hands, they are very friendly and passionate about what they do. The house itself is completely furnished with more than you will need (Kitchen utensils, iron, beds, sofa, TV, wardrobes etc), but most importantly feels safe and secure. All of the rooms are furnished to a high standard and the house is clearly maintained between the old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in. When comparing our house to others of similar price, the service and quality of home we receive for the rent we pay is incomparable. Boswell Living will certainly be the first place I look if I return to Northampton and I would highly recommend to anyone!
