        I am a pharmacist at Nottingham in Community. I have called this morning and i was 8th on the line. After 38 minutes my number came, bell was ringing and it went 4 times, no one has picked up the phone and given me message to call back again. This is not acceptable shall/will we all call the surgery and hold for that long or work in the NHS to support other patients or work to earn some money so we can pay the food and heating to our family

        Excellent, professional, caring surgery from receptionists through to the nurses and doctors. I was seen during the height of COVID-19 on the same day as I had a particular worry. Thank you to everyone involved.

        I am so grateful with all the care provided at grenge park surgery starting with reception and ending with all great GP Im a new mom and everything seems to be very stressful for me but I had all the support and care that I needed for me and my daughter. Specifically from DR Phang very kind and supportive. Thank you all !
