Terrible agent! Lied about the buyer having a mortgage, avoided communication, only came clean when I terminate our contract and O'Riordan Bond admitting the buyer didn't have a mortgage 7 weeks in! My selling agent even admitted his short comings! Trying to make out he didn't want me or the buyer to miss out on the deal.....more like he didn't want to miss out on getting free money for a terrible service. They were very keen until I accepted an offer, once that was done services ceased! Unbelievably poor.

Great experience with O'Riordan Bond. We rent a flat and we've been left with no water for a couple of days because of a leakage, countless calls to Anglian Water without any result. I had a very negative experience with ORiordan Bond Lettings and I would stay clear if you want to save yourself time, money and stress. I found them highly unprofessional from the moment I took out a tenancy with them. They emailed me the wrong documents and leaked someone elses personal data. On the day when I was supposed to collect the keys for the property they sent me to the wrong office and didnt apologise. There were issues with the property that were raised and they never bothered to fix. They were very bad at communicating key information and some of the agents were particularly rude. Paige was particularly unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. They tried to claim part of my deposit to fix problems with the property that were already there when I moved in and we had to go through the very time-consuming process of starting a DPS dispute. I got my money back eventually but theyve done this to other people (see previous reviews). Overall it was the worst experience Ive ever had with a letting agency
