I had a phone consultation to review test results. I was given a vague time slot that turned out to be 4 hours. I was basically waiting around to answer the call. The doctor then proceeded to ask me what the could do for me, despite the surgery telling me they needed to speak with me. I was the told that the results did not show a problem, despite me having a problem that the particular test was not designed to show up. I had to explain my medication ( was on the system and seemed a surprise to the GP) and explain my symptoms! I did get some follow up advice and next steps but felt that the process and approach was very poor.
