Great place for walking with friends, alone or with your 4 legged friend. Wide open space, lots of trees and walkways. Cafe/Bar now opened up, selling drinks and food Mon-Fr 3.30pm-8pm Open Sat & Sun for breakfast through to evening. Dog-friendliness: Plenty of open space to exercise your dog with plenty of poo bins around too.

Really nice clean parkland to visit and relax on a Sunday afternoon. Real hidden gem on the outside of the housing estate. There were a couple of youth football matches going on with very well mannered teams on the pitches. The Community Centre was open too, serving tea, coffee and snacks and was a overall a very cheerful place to be on a Sunday afternoon. Dog walkers had there dogs on leads and as the grass was well maintained, there can be no pretending the dog hasn't done a poop and there were bins present. Really nice place.
