I had been looking at a VW Golf for sometime and Chris Howarth was fantastic, explaining all the options and we easily agreed a deal. I am not recommend Chris highly enough. Fantastic customer service from beginning to end.

All lovely staff and very professional. Special mention to Alice as she dealt with my purchase. She was so nice, nothing was to much to ask of her. Our son is disabled and has zero patience and Alice made it so much easier for us by sending all paperwork via email for us to read and sign in our own time and a few phone call to tie up the rest. Meaning collection was very swift and easy which was fabulous for us. The two very lovely ladies on reception who went out of their way to greet and talk to me and my disabled son. Clean environment. I certainly recommend anyone to purchase their car here and will be looking here first next time I wish to purchase another car. My one and only complaint about this place is due to travelling for 2.5hrs to collect the car I needed to change my disabled childs nappy and my babies nappy too. There isnt any changing facilities not even for babies. No fold down changing station or even a changing mat. I had to change both boys on the toilet floor! Which looked clean but even still its were everyone had walked to the toilet that morning before we arrived. A large changing mat would not cost a lot and would make a big difference to people with babies or disabled people who need this facility.

Massive thank you to Chris Howarth for taking the time to help me find the best car! He worked his very best to make sure everything about my car was perfect and gave me the best valuation for my part exchange, there is no other dealer or sales advisor I would go too for any of my other cars in future! Chris even checked up on me weeks after to make sure I was confident for my first time driving a performance automatic car which I really appreciate, any questions about finance, part exchange valuations, hes your man! Thanks for everything you did for me Chris!!
