My cat was anxious the vet, Sophie, helped him settle. She listened to me and offered advice without judgement. The reception team were friendly and my bill was sent to the insurer quickly. I pay they put in the claim. I have no complaints i left feeling less worried and my cat has the treatment he needs. We have also started a plan we can move forward with
