        A friendly and personable driver and one who took care on the small, country roads of our journey. But, despite having provided him with the address AND destination postcode for his satnav when I booked the taxi (with a known journey distance of 4.2 miles) I was treated to 'scenic route' which clocked up 7.5 miles before he asked again for the postcode. Eventually we had driven around 10 miles to my destination, with its attendent cost to me. Had I not plenty of time to kill, I would have been more disappointed.
