        Rang to book taxi for half one for my partner to which he never arrived with me working nightshifts i had to leave work early and pick her up, (@5:30) i cant use my phone unless on a break (so i got a shock when i had 17 missed calls from my partner, and none from this driver) we had no communication with this company to say they were there however they claimed they were, then got very rude on the phone and told me where to go then procceded to block my number will not be using again and id advise everyone else to steer clear of this company

        Rang to book well in advance to be picked up from Nortallerton train station for my family and me to attend a christening in bedale. Tried to ring the night before to confirm wouldn't connect. Arrived at the Station waited for ages, tried ringing no answer. Didn't bother to show up at all. Will not us this firm again!!! Luckily a lady from a firm in bedale left her office to collect us. She saved the day.
