        Its very rare these days, to find a company who supplies the goods and gives excellent service! Twelve months ago, after discussing a number of suppliers, we opted for Plumbcraft to install our boiler. From the first approach, to the completed installation, we received a quality of service second to none. Twelve months later, without prompting from us, they reminded us about our free service, arranged it without problems, and now it is done for another twelve months. Each member of staff we have spoken with, including Sophie, who eagerly answers the companys phone, with a smile in her voice, have been a joy to speak to. Todays engineer, was a chatty man, who knuckled down to what I perceived, as a very thorough boiler check. Reliability, friendliness, professionalism and manners, form the ultimate business, and Plumbcraft is one of the few.
