Adapting Fitness (and Chris) is just that - adapting. I have MS and quite disabled by it, but Chris always comes up with ingenious ways to work my recalcitrant body! I have worked with him weekly for around 6 months now. I am showing some small improvements in strength, which is helping with my daily living. I am never going to be running marathons or deadlifting large weights, but keeping active is hugely important to me. And Chris very much helps with that.

I am really enjoying my sessions with Chris. It is just as well he has a good sense of humour, as he works me hard! But that is exactly the point, and he provides holistic guidance on fitness, mobility, etc.

I currently do a face to face hatha yoga class and an online kettle bells class. Both are excellent and its good to have the mix of online and in person classes. Chris is an excellent instructor- friendly and knowledgeable but also encourages you to challenge yourself to get the best out of your workout. Workouts are easy and fun would definitely recommend.
