        I always receive a warm and friendly welcome when I visit. The team know my style better than I do, which makes choosing fabulous new glasses so much easier! I also appreciate the level of detail in the explanations of each test and assessment. Its not only informative, its really interesting. Great quality, professional customer service and a huge choice of frames. Northallerton is lucky to have such a great place.

        Having been going to Alexander's for about 6 years, I have always had excellent service from Mr Alexander and his colleagues. I love the way they use the latest equipment to be able to show what's going on with my eyes, and they explain what they're showing me so well in simple terms, that I can quickly understand what they're showing me.
