Came to do pricing survey, yet he (Nigel) already knew "Ballpark" figure (10000.00) just from a drawing we took to the scruffy shop. Their bath 1100.00, similar bath from B&Q 500.00! He said he would ring later the same day with a price....7 working days later, still no quote...So I called in and was told "fitter retiring soon, so too big a job, so we can't do it for you.." You can't look on their web site, as they don't have one !!!!! My opinion - steer clear.

Visited the showroom yesterday, Beccy gave us loads of ideas and suggestions, followed by 2 emails responding to my enquiry look forward to going back to the showroom next week

Thank you Nigel and Becky for helping me chose new fitting for my shower room. It is now reeady to use for the forst time in 2 years. I highly recommend tthem they have great display are really helpful and offer excellent advice.

Excellent service from first entering the showroom, plenty of advice when stating our needs, the existing bathroom etc to be replaced with walk in shower, new WC & basin etc Good selection of ideas in showroom to look at with Beccy & Nigel followed by home visit, prompt estimate & floor plan. Very professional fixing by Paul of top quality fittings, we could not be more pleased and highly recommend this local company.
