        I personally think giving the public 2 hrs in the morning to collect their parcel is disgraceful, we have jobs and cant always make those days. Doesnt help there being a rude member of staff. I understand there are jobs to do, however 2 hrs is not enough and timings need to be changed to provide a service for the public and not to provide ease within your job. We ALL have a lot of work to do. Doesnt look like Northallerton Royal Mail care about customer service after seeing other peoples review - two words - Lazy and unhelpful. Definitely wrong people in the job.
