Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Northallerton

Due to our own vehicle having electronic failure, we required a car rental for an indefinite period. Enterprise Car Hire in Northallerton were absolutely fantastic, from the moment we spoke to them on the phone to collecting our car the very next day. Matthew (both of them!) and Seeborf who kindly collected us from home to collect our car, were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The car they originally had was unfortunately too small, and within less than 24 hours they had a more suitable car arranged for us. Matthew and Seeborf are a huge credit to the firm and as a user of many different car rental companies both local and abroad, I can safely say this was the most professional and well run hire company I have ever used. Matthew and Seeborf, thank you so much.

Absolutely rubbish. Cancelled our car hire due to their shortages with only 2 days notice, leaving my American family stranded and struggling to find other transport from Heathrow with small children. Disgusting service which I will be telling everyone about.

Even though the courtesy car they were giving to us was delayed due to staff shortage they still did all they could professionally to get the job done.

Had a hire car through Enterprise whilst car was in the garage, the Branch Manager who dealt with me throughout the week was great & kept me in the loop throughout - would definitely recommend & will use again in future should I need a hire car.
