Justine Forrest Complementary Therapy (Northallerton & online)

I worked with Justine over an issue that had been bothering me for a while and was affecting my life detrimentally. Justine was really lovely to work with she was patient, has a lovely warm nature and made me feel completely at ease. I knew very little about EFT before I worked with Justine and I left the session feeling confident enough to start using the technique in my everyday life. After a short time of my session and using the technique each day, I can honestly say it has made a huge difference to my life, wellbeing and anxiety levels. Its a great way to alleviate stress, help release negative thought patterns and help you move forward with your life in a positive, healthy way. Thank you Justine!

I saw Justine recently for help with the pain from CPPS and TMS. I had some experience with EFT from way back, but Justine helped me to refresh my understanding of it and I have had good results from putting the techniques she taught me into practice on a daily basis.

I can highly recommend Justine's warm and empathetic approach in creating a welcoming and safe environment to help you address whatever might be causing you anxiety; I found my tapping session cathartic and it's enabled me to re-gain a more positive perspective.
