I've bought two stoves from NHC over the last few years and been pleased each time. Friendly service and good communication. They completed the work professionally and cleaned up afterwards perfectly. Definitely recommend, but you may have to be patient for a fitting as they have high demand!

Dreadful service. Spent nearly 4K on a stove and additional chimney work. I've had to repaint stove and flue, roof tiles damaged around chimney by workmen. They refused to rectify and cost me another 965 to repair the damage. No customer service and rude with it. Avoid at all costs. Keen to take your money but no follow up service

had my burner fitted five years ago the workmen were excellent but short time later cracks appeared in brickwork asked them to rectify numerous times all we got numerous excuses the men dealing had left or they would come but never did just ordered spare parts no come back on price or progress would never recommend to anyone after sales non existant
