        Local staff at Thirsk , very nice, very helpful, but just try locating or tracking a parcel, then try to ask some one just where the duck is it, what have they done with it? Its easier to get a pig to fly than actually talk to someone on the phone! Diabolical service!

        My delivery got here on the 9th and did not send no email or Any thing to tell me when it is coming so bad and now don't have my parcel and not happy at all !!!!!

        Sorry Royal Mail but to continue to employ Graham Pettigrew as delivery office manager of Northallerton after years of complaints by staff in several different deleviery offices and lost employment tribunals for bullying and harassment is unacceptable
