Today I got real help which was over and above by two of your staff. One working for the Post Office who was so very kind to me and with the help of James, manager they sorted my problem out for me . I went from Grove's who were obnoxious to your shop which seemed like a different world. I was and am so very grateful to these two who helped me, even although they didn't have to. They also made me feel so much better as when I went in I was verging on bursting into tears. Big thanks to Dawn nd James. You are both brilliant .
