Stoneacre Northallerton

Just took delivery of my new car on Saturday and the whole process with Stoneacre Renault Northallerton from start to finish was brilliant. Both Tim and Rob were fantastic and went out of their way help me with my purchase and give me a good deal with the car of my choice - thank you both! Also - Im loving my new car! Id definitely deal with stoneacre Renault Northallerton again.

The car was advertised as 9388, But it had 11051 miles on it, it was supposed to be on site when I got there, next day it was on site The salesman said it needs a service and clean, I was told a lie because the car was serviced, Two days later the Car was supposed to be ready but was not cleaned I thought a 9month old car should be alright, however I took it home and washed and cleaned it and found the front was covered in stone chips, however the manager got it touched up, I could not see milage because flat tyre sign over rode odometer reading, I was offered a valet but I already had done this myself, Overall not a good experience.

Bradley was brilliant at helping me and was really patient with all my questions. Tim stayed late when I left my phone there and Rob stepped in to sort the admin so I could get my car earlier. Really helpful team. Made the process a lovely one!

Brilliant service been coming to the site on Thurston Road since they sold fords and Renault at Rmb and now stoneacre fab service from Bradley with the sorting of my new car and the attention to detail he went into and massive thank you to Rob aswell thank you both and they are a credit to you stonacare from a very pleased customer
