Understaffed for customers in store for a high street main town for surrounding area. Hit or miss whether staff know their own stock. Had to convince staff at pharmacy that Boots did indeed list a product as having from website. No offer to order in one despite established they do indeed stock. You can imagine where most of my time was spent. Its the lack of knowledge and offered solutions (drive 30 miles and see IF they have it senario) from some of the representative staff of Boots despite courtesy that makes you feel you've wasted your time. Not to mention the fatigue from the exchange with pressure from customers waiting behind you for their daily dose. Shame as Boots used to be more reliable.
