        Expect everyone to do everything online. Branches have ridiculous opening times for working people. If you need to speak to someone expect to wait over 30 minutes on the phone. Really low interest on savings too

        Absolutely hopeless. At beginning of lockdown in March gave us telephone number where we would get help via direct line. Tried numerous times but it has never once been answered!
