100% recommend. We came here on recommendation from other people even though it is not the closest to us. Easy to register and book in via phone call to lovely receptionist, we were seen on time and the vet we saw for his pre-op check was so lovely, she was attentive, informative, friendly, thorough with doing all his checks and so so lovely with my cat, very caring and I felt happy to leave him there (he was in for castration, microchipping and first lot of injections). On pick up again the service was lovely from being greeted when we got there to being given all the information we needed about his op, aftercare, information etc which is done in a separate private room. Really lovely vets. I really recommend them (and most importantly my cat is doing really well after his op! ).

So happy with how my Dog Duke got treated by everyone, they actually care about your pets here, 100% would recommend then to everyone.

As usual Catherine was excellent Explaining everything when I needed advice on Alfie being nervous of travelling and prescribed medication that has helped him on a long journey. Alfie has had he's condition for a number of years and Catherine has alway's had he's best interest at heart and I think Alfie is here today because of her care. The whole team at North Weald have alway's been kind and caring.
