        The young lady working there lacks any knowledge of customer service practices. She lacks manners, she is aggressive and she should be sanctioned for her ill approach to providing a service.

        We have used the Post Office in North Weald for our business for several years. More recently, with the new management using their Drop & Go service for our parcels. They are very helpful, professional and polite. We would highly recommend the whole team, they are a pleasure to deal with!
