Our driver was absolutely brilliant, as you can imagine on a 4 hour trip to Bournemouth with a lot of alcohol we needed to use the toilet .. a lot! Our driver told us when the next service station was coming up just in case we needed to use the loo and didn't complain when we did need to stop. The driver also turned up 15 minutes early before scheduled and was happy to wait for us until we were ready to leave. The bus came with 2 complimentary bottles of fizz and you could also take your own food & drink on the bus. The karaoke machine was a lot of fun and it was nice that we could connect our own music to the bus.
I would 100% use this company again and will be recommending to my friends & family!

The bus was clean with Bubbly provided along with playlists or Bluetooth connection for music on our journues
Would definitely recommend them if you want a fun night out, the party bus is a grsst way to travel and adds to the fun of a night out

They took a deposit first and later send me a terms and conditions which i refuse to sign and told them straight away about that, but they refused to refund my deposit.

Very BAD experience.
Dont give them your card details before you read through their terms!!!
They said, i dont need to agree or sign in terms and conditions, just read it!!! They have the signature and date to fill up in that document!
How can i get on this bus if i disagree with terms?! They created that terms, they leave the space at the bottom to sign but customer dont need to sign, just read!!! I will definitely raise the dispute in the bank to get my deposit back and will send there all evidence i have.
That is the wrong that company dealing with a customers.
