Prime Time boilers quoted me 2k less than British gas, I was initially a tad skeptical of the quality of the work, but it was unfounded. My boiler needed replacing and moving to the loft to free up a cupboard. They ran all new copper pipes, gas and electric up to the loft, installed the unit and tidied up the old flu etc. Very impressive work and friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

We purchased and had fitted a Vaillant Boiler from Prime Time Boilers in April 2021. The price undercut many other suppliers and we were delighted with the overall level of service we received both from the office staff and the engineers who fitted the boiler. Not long after, we decided to purchase a service plan from them, and the price was competitive. Significantly cheaper than the bigger companies providing the same level of cover. Over the past two years we had a few occasions when we had to utilise this cover. This included an outside water pipe blockage, an electrical fault, a water heating problem and today an internal soil pipe leakage. When raising the issues, the Prime Time customer service team responded quickly and efficiently in arranging for a suitable engineer to visit us to fix the problems. All their engineers were knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly, keeping us informed of what they were doing to address the issues. The customer service team and the engineers provide a first-class level of service and everyone we have dealt with at Prime Time Boilers is a credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I did lots of research and had many quote consultations. But when Jack from Prime Boilers arrived he was so knowledgeable, friendly but professional and answered so many of my questions. No pressured sell techniques at all. Communication from Prime leading up to installation day was helpful and constant. Phil arrived as scheduled and installation was clean and very tidy. He did not rush and spent time explaining all the new controls. He was so kind and friendly and his work caused no disruption to our home or day. Old boiler was taken away and all registration of our new boiler was done by Prime to activate our guarantee so no confusing paperwork had to be done by me. Forget BGT, no not Britain's Got Talent.... British Gas Thieves..Go Prime..You won't do better.
