Very cramped, and wedged between blocks of flats and a VERY busy road.

The house and development is amazing, but Redrow have just wiped their hands clean of the parking issues we are experiencing on site. Every time an event is on at the local stadium, the development is filled with cars, filling the visitor bays, on the side of the roads restricting access to adjoining roads and properties, on grass verges (causing damage which our service charge then has to pay for), and noisy behaviour when people return to their cars! This is private land and should not be used as a public car park. Redrow have not been supportive in dealing with this issue at all. Very disappointed that they cannot manage to work on a solution.

This would have been a lovely place to live but be aware. As you will constantly find strangers parked in your car parking spaces or blocking you in on your drive this is due to the Gallagher football stadium visitors. on any weekend or evening when the stadium is being used you will find extra traffic and struggle to park near your home .

Lovely houses and lovely development. Completion wasn't on time but not so much of an issue as they made the move-in a really nice experience. However, we are absolutely tired of the parking situation that Redrow have let escalate and refuse to put a simple interim solution in for.
