I have worked as a self-employed heavy equipment operator and instructor for more than the last decade all around the globe. I am rarely motivated to review any company unless they break contract and I feel compelled to warn others, however in this case the opposite is true. I can honestly say that LNS have excelled in their role, demonstrating integrity and an honest, open approach that has frankly been a breath of fresh air in the recruitment industry. This allows me to concentrate fully on the clients needs and task at hand. I have worked exclusively for Anthony, and am always happy to accept suitable offers of work as he has proven to be consistently upfront and honest about all aspects of the contract and client, whilst also ensuring that as the man on site solving problems I receive the lions share of the profits. The lack of ambiguity and absence of a fast buck culture has resulted in many successful contracts and repeat clients over the years. Having worked for more than three dozen UK agencies throughout my career I can confidently and truthfully say that not only is this the best agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with, LNS have made me feel more valued than many firms do when working direct.
