Very helpful and friendly service. Went that extra mile (pardon the pun) when taking my daughter home, to put my mind at rest they sent the boss to do the job. Would highly recommend

Would give no stars if possible. Pre booked a taxi(on a Thursday) for 1:30 am pick up on a Saturday after an evening out. The receptionist confirmed more than once that we would definitely be there .. we confirmed we would as it was our only way home. Waited at the agreed pick up in the pouring rain from 1:20am, the taxi did not arrive. We had to shelter in shop door ways out of the rain to call them multiple times without success. No other companies answered (we have recently moved here and have been made aware of lack of taxi service late at night, which is why we pre booked) After deciding walking the 7 miles home would just be too dangerous, we managed to wake a colleague to pick us up, by now it was 2:30am. We called the following Monday and spoke to the same person who booked the taxi who said she would call us back when back in the office to find out what happened were still waiting.. all in all a very poor service, will definitely not recommend unfortunately news of bad service travels fast, unlike their taxis .
