I joined some friends for an evening Christmas meal on Friday the 9th of December but I didnt think it was anything special and it was expensive for what it was. I had another Christmas meal at The Ship in Mundesley and thought their Christmas meal was so much more special and I really enjoyed it. It was less expensive as well. It was very cold inside too which isnt very good.

WOW, what a wonderful dinner we had at the "NEW" Olive Tree, it was nothing like the old restaurant of the same name so you really must try it and the crab pasta starter and the linguine mains, they have an amazing chef, best meal we have had a very long time and North Walsham deserves something good. Why not 5 stars I hear you say? their heating was not working so it was a bit chilly. Will definately be visiting again.

Lovely end to a weekend at Alder Country Park. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. And compliments to the chef Dillan food homemade and delicious. All staff members worked so hard and even kept the kitchen open after hours for customers who arrived 45 minutes late. All the best to the Olive Tree for the future. Thankyou very much. X
