A great relaxed experience with food that is absolutely first class!
From the outside, Shambles looks like a nice little cafe - how wrong can you be.
Enter this quaint looking frontage into an eclectic, absorbing bistro, full of life and delicious aromas. It really is one to try.
There was a couple of training issues with the service - wrong flavour drink supplied (ok, that can be accepted), but the unforgivable was picking up spilled ice cubes by hand from a dirty tray and putting them into my glass! That is totally unacceptable - however, it is something that can easily be corrected with extra food and hygiene training and certainly something to be addressed.
