Worst place I have ever been to a terrible experience on the phone with them had recently changed to get collection of medication from them as other places were not very good when I was speaking to them there was so many complications regarding my name and saying who like prefer to be called I've had no problem with other services in the past regarding changing my name and when I requested that on the phone eventually the manager had said did that there would be no problem and can change the name when I went to collect my prescription they then said they couldn't and I would have to contact the surgery in order to get my medication and have my name changed when the surgery had confirmed that they had changed my name I would no need to speak to Wells so I do not recommend them whatsoever when I was on the phone to them they were also incredibly rude assuming that I was a sir rather than madam when I question them about it in their store they couldn't even admit it they were completely lying the whole way through do not collect from this store do not even register with them they are the worst people ever not only that the floors were incredibly dirty with dust and mud everywhere
