    I have just completed the 8 week mindfulness course with Paula and I can honestly say it has been such an amazing and beneficial experience. She has completely changed my life, equipping me with practices to help in these challenging times as well as helping me gain an understanding of my mind. These tools will forever now be part of my daily life. Paula is such a knowledgeable and compassionate person and teacher. She delivered the course sessions in such an informative, clear and relaxing way and has been so supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her and her courses enough.

    I have been attending Paula's local Mindfullness and Meditation group, for over a year now. I have suffered from anxiety all my life and can honestly say that these sessions with Paula have worked very well for me. She has taught me how to control my anxiety attacks and I am so grateful to her. Every session we have with her, leaves the class relaxed and purely refreshed. Paula is a wonderful, kind, considerate person and is very professional, understanding and patient. She is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the subjects that she teaches and that is really refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody, she has certainly made my life much calmer.

    I have completed two courses with Paula and I cannot recommend her enough. Her way of teaching is clear, honest, understanding and she makes sessions very enjoyable. The time even flew by in two and a half hour group sessions (even for someone who cannot usually sit still for long!). Paula's teaching will open your mind to a better, more positive, more accepting, less judgemental way of thinking and behaving. I can honestly say that I see the world through different eyes since completing her Mindfulness for Life course. I feel her teaching is really instilled in me now but I still look forward to learning even more on her mindfulness courses/sessions in the future.

I have had the privilege to undertake two courses with Paula as my teacher, and the course has changed my life and my anxiety has got so much better and I'm feeling better about my self and sleeping has improved.     Amazing experience, I've learnt skills to control my reaction. It's enabled me to go caving and deal with tight spaces. It's also gave me the stenght to meditate on an ants nest (didn't realise until the bell rung) what was a terrible experience of fear of being bitten turned Into a pleasant practise.
