Been going to this surgery for awhile seemed ok at first but then realized it's like most other surgeries it's really slow even when there's no one in there they have u waiting up to a hour. Most of the drs are rude and Arragont especially some of the nurses they always say everything is down to anxiety or mental health they treat pple with mental health differently and I think it's discusting not having much hope might stop going as I've been neglected medically in the past and can't afford it again and shouldn't have to put up with there volatile behaviour hanging up the phone and talking down at me not on

I had a problem with my ear's. Receptionist booked me a telephone call with Dr Ashford, who was very attentive to what I has to say. He was very pleasant and book me appointment to see a doctor. I had appointment with Dr Pinch who took time to explain the problem with my ear's and gave me good advise. Both doctors where excellent so I gave them 5 stars
