Mike was extremely responsive and helpful when we found that our boiler wasnt working properly. He came out the same day, accurately diagnosed the problem and started the process of cleaning our central heating system (chemical flush to be followed up by power flush) which was needed to remedy the problem. Weve seen an improvement in our heating system after a couple of hours and boiler is working again. Mike is very knowledgeable, explains everything and is friendly and polite. He quotes fairly as well and his prices are competitive. We will 100% use Mikes services again and will also recommend him to other who need heating or plumbing services. Exceptional service from quote to completion! Outstanding professional and high quality service. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Power flushed the existing pipework which was in a sorry state. Installed our new combi boiler and and renewed some outdated pipework to a radiator with no issues or drama. Overall I would highly recommend Michael (and apprentice) without any hesitation.
