        Popped in for a quote last Friday, lad was pleasant saying it would be Monday as they close early, no problem so I popped in on Tuesday afternoon on my way past to check if it had been done, absolutely rude woman I spoke to needs to learn some customer service skills & polish her attitude. Anyway asked for a quote elsewhere today & guys took 1 hour to quote, so car booked in there, easy way to lose business.
