Very good place to get a MiRider bike. Friendly service before and after buying. I ride the wheels off my MiRider - a fairly heavy user of what is essentially a bike aimed at commuters and leisure riders - and Cal has helped me so far with both wear and tear items and a warranty claim which went through no quibble. Nearly 1000 miles in 4 months and looking forward to a lot more. Also the only MiRider supplier I've come across which sells significantly discounted bikes with a "paint blemish" (I still haven't found it on mine - it must be microscopic) but otherwise brand new with full warranty.

I had a great experience buying my ebike from Bicical - Cal sorted me out with a great deal that he processed through the Cycle to Work Scheme and even arranged to deliver the bike all the way to Scotland. The customer service is excellent and Cal has continued to provide support for my MiRider over a year later, giving advice and processing a warranty claim for me. Overall, I had a great experience with Bicical and would highly recommend the shop to anyone looking to get a good deal on a bike from a knowledgeable and helpful guy.

Brilliant experience with Bicical. Things I got that I didnt expect: 1) Bike hand delivered and assembled 2) Accessories fitted not just delivered alongside 3) Test run on the bike to make sure everything worked 4) Follow up texts checking everything was still ok. I have done 150 miles so far on the bike and I love it. Brilliant service and would always recommend them to anyone else looking for a new bike. Thanks!

Fab, fab, fab, cannot recommend Bicical enough. Everything about Cal and Emma is fabulous. Exceptional customer service, and both are absolutely passionate about their bikes. The MiRider Ones are amazing and we love everything about them. If you want a MiRider one, do not look anywhere else other than Bicical.
