For the amount of travelling we do it is important that we stay in peak physical condition and Abbey has the knowledge & experience to cater exactly to our needs, she also has superb nutritional advice which we adhere to up to the point we are actually away. We always find Abbey approachable, friendly and professional, would definately recommend her for your fitness needs

I started my fitness journey in November 2021 using my own limited knowledge to create a basic plan for myself. After a few months I decided to start coaching with Abbey, the absolute best decision I could have made! I started with a general goal to gain some healthy weight and increase my overall strength. The difference Ive seen not only in my body but also my mindset and general health & happiness has been PHENOMENAL. Abbey is super knowledgeable and has designed multiple training plans which work for me and my lifestyle while being suitable for my fitness goals (with lots of yummy recipes to fuel the sessions!). Abbey keeps me accountable, but she also completely understands that sometimes life just gets in the way, and shes helped me to understand that its actually healthy to have a good balance. Ive not had to give up anything that I love, including chocolate, but now I have it in moderation and can make more informed decisions about the food Im eating. Another thing which I love about coaching with Abbey is the amazing communication. I only have 1 in-person session a month with everything else being online coaching, yet I never feel like Im on my own in this journey. I always message Abbey with any small wins like my improved squat depth and she is SUPER supportive and really motivates me to keep going! Weekly check-ins also keep me focused with my training so I know what to switch up for the next week to keep progressing. I cannot recommend coaching with Abbey enough. She is not only an incredible coach who will help you to achieve your goals, but also a wonderful person.

I cant really put into words how fantastic Abbey is. I started training with her back in 2019, after years of struggling to motivate myself to go to the gym on my own (and having no idea what I was doing whilst I was there) and feeling horrible about my body. Whats so fantastic about her approach, is her focus on sustainable goals and changes that actually fit around your life and therefore mean you can be consistent. Fast forward three years and I have developed a love for training and I feel totally different about my body - although I now go to the gym because of how it makes me feel, not look. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding training (including training post injury) and nutrition. Aside from this, one of the best things about working with Abbey is that she becomes your cheerleader (both inside of the gym and out) - she always encourages and supports you to be your best self. She is the most lovely person, and you couldnt find a better PT.
