I spoke to two ladies at Britannia who were really friendly on the phone, and a gentleman dealing with the BOC bottles who was also really friendly. It's refreshing to speak to people who obviously enjoy their job, I look forward to dealing with Britannia again soon

B O C - Best to call first whether dropping off or collecting BOC bottles due to ongoing Covid logistic issues. Otherwise, as always a helpful Company.

We have just purchased a welding set from Britannia and found their service impeccable. We couldn't fault any aspect of their assistance. It was obvious from our first enquiry that their product knowledge, advice and ongoing service was first class. When we arrived to collect the goods this afternoon, everything was ready and the MD willingly offered additional advice on getting started. We have committed to using Britannia for all gas supplies, consumable items and the forthcoming purchase of a new MIG set when ready. I would recommend them to anyone involved in the welding industry who are looking for a reliable, courteous, competitive, and experienced supplier.
