        Over the past few orders it has been poor. yet I tried again. Last order was just a mess, No communication and then leaving me out of pocket. DO NOT USE BOOKS etc they are not worth the hassle.

        I've bought regularly from Books etc. for several years. The prices are generally excellent. Customer support has always been highly responsive. The books which have arrived have been pristine, with one exception (which had some torn pages), but in that case I received a pristine replacement after returning (for free) the damaged copy. Highly reliable and highly recommended.

        First time I had ordered from Books etc. I wanted a copy of Python Crash Course 3rd edition and they were the cheapest. Despite the generally poor reviews I was very impressed. Speedy delivery and the book was packed really well (For better than Amazon). Book was spotless without any creases or damage from postage. Very much recommended.
