        Avoid at all cost. Never been with a worse estate agent in my life. They never reply, are always out of office, never get things done.... I wish I could give less than 1 star

        Very disappointing experience, my partner and I were very keen for a property they had listed. it took them 5 days to respond to all our calls and emails. When we finally get through to them, they were very unhelpful and uninterested to speak with us on the phone, and then eventually told us the property "will be reserved today or tomorrow." Which wasn't very helpful nor informative. Would definitely avoid them in the future.

        We used Heights when arranging rental of a property. They were extremely courteous and responsive nothing was too much trouble. They operated 100% inline with Covid-19 guidelines. After having agreed the contract we wanted to see the property again to size for curtains etc, no problem. 100% reliable, if only all estate agents were this good!! Gary from Basingstoke.
