    Lost my package, swore blind the sender hadn't sent it even though they have. Proceeded to be incredibly rude on the phone. If you expect things to arrive don't use ParcelForce

    Apparently parcel was attempted to be delivered twice, card was apparently left. Nothing happened! Not sure where driver went and whether he was even anywhere near my address. Now I need to collect it, with no card, nothing! Worst service ever. Second time happened to me, I will never never use them again!

    Worst delivery service EVER! 4 times 'Gavin' has taken my parcel back to the depot, saying no one was in, I've been home every time he 'said' he has been to my address, funny how he hasn't left one card...employing liars is totally unethical and a terrible reflection on your brand. Please make your drivers responsible for their deliveries. If I could of given '0' stars I would have. Your service is a total shambles.

    Shocking service. Tried to deliver to me the day before estimated delivery date, i was not in. Tried to redeliver next day (apparently)...i was in....now i have to go pick up from Aldershot depot which is an hours drive each way from where i live. Can't speak to Customer Services (it is an automated bot) & no e-mail address/route to complain. Rubbish service!!!!!!
