        very unacceptable behavior from the employees of this brand they are ignoring me and my questions as if I was not there, maybe because I am not English. I made a boking for the service, they said that it would take about 3 hours, but after two and a half hours my car was still standing on the street. I am very dissatisfied with the behavior and attitude of Mercedes towards customers, this is not acceptable. Very bad service, I will not return there again and do not recommend

        Booked in for an Air Bag Recall. Jacob and Christine on the front desk were very polite and efficient. Sadly the same cant be said for the Site Manager Nick Thomas, an attitude and demeanour more befitting a doorman at Wetherspoons, f**king customers! is not really the approach one would expect from a senior ambassador of the Mercedes brand. Especially when you are politely asking why theyve caused a fault on your vehicle, then lied to you about it and accused you of lying instead.

        This place is a disgrace to the Mercedes brand , Nick Thomas the site manager has a terrible attitude and it clearly filters down to the reception staff , the man brings shame upon the Mercedes brand and would be better suited to a backstreet garage.
